What This Group Offers
This isn’t another mommy meet-up or Facebook advice thread. This is a 10-week, small group (just 7 moms) led by a licensed therapist who gets it. You’ll walk away with:
- Tools to stop the spirals and calm your anxious brain
- Confidence in your mom gut instead of second-guessing everything
- A safe space where you don’t have to pretend everything’s fine

Starts Sept 16 | Tuesdays at 10am
10 weekly 60-minute virtual sessions
$100 per session for 60 minute session
Closed group | Limited to 7 moms
